Shipments and returns

 

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment, actually, we normally ship within 1 business day and we normally shipp via USPS with delivery confirmation.

If you prefer delivery by another method or with adult signature upon receipt, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment.  Your package will be automatically insured with Shipsurance, a 3rd party insurance company. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

International Customers, please be aware that:

1)by United States law, we are  not allowed to report purchases as a gift and we are not allowed to falsify the value. All items shipped will be stated at actually paid price on the US customs form

2) VAT and other import duties are not covered by the shipping or handling charge and you will need to pay those at your end. Please contact your postal service for advice.

Since every item is insured, if anything arrives damaged, please retain it and all the packaging and contact us immediately at sales@antiquedaze.com
